Charelle came to TLDR via the vets where she'd been taken to be put to sleep or rehomed when her Mum died, her Dad was too ill to care for her and the family did not want to take her on. Charelle was in a bit of a state, very overweight, and with a tummy infection caused by eating mouldy food. On foster with Rachael Charelle soon perked up and showed herself to be a lovely girl, with a perfect temperament. As she neared the point of being ready for rehoming, we received an application to adopt from one of our other fosterers, a lady who'd been waiting a long time for just the 'right' dog to add to her little pack. She felt Charelle was just that dog. So please congratulate bubbles (Jayne) on her new member and Charelle on finding a whole new family! We're looking forward to lots of updates Jayne! XX

Charelle is just so cute and a very lucky girl to be going to Jayne. I cannot wait for news of how she does and photos of a shrinking dog ;D

Hello from my little pack ;D ;D ;D Can you tell how happy we are I collected Charelle this morning from Rachael, so great to meet her and she makes great coffee ;D I was surprised to find her fab little Frankie was a dog i had transported nearly a year ago - small world! So what can i say about Charelle, I AM IN LOVE She is an absolute angel, such a sweet nature. I swear Zorin has a smile on his face, they are currently side by side on the sofa. She met my old grumpy Roo very nicely and has been accepted already. As expected she is overweight but is not greedy at all. I am confident we can have a slimline beauty in no time at all. I will try to get some pics uploaded asap, really tired now after todays driving. Jayne x x x P.S We will be renaming her, i had decided on Ellie but my son said she looks like a Sophie So we are debating, he says it should be his decision as hes 18 tomorrow, hmmmmmm

Grinning - glad everybody is happy.
I keep wondering where she is and when they go outside i am standing at the door waiting for a four head count and then I realise everybody is already in.

Just a little update ;D We have now changed this little lovely's name to Sophie My son chose, he thought it suits her. Everything that was said about her is 100% true She is a fab little lady, well not so little There is a fair bit of work to do on her weight, but she really does not eat much, so as Clare suggested it may just be she needs more exercise. We had a lovely long walk around the park at the weekend, she is great off lead We are so happy to have her, love her loads Jayne x x x
